Failure to comply with this maintenance schedule will void the warranty, relieving us of liability for any issues related to your solar installation, roof, guttering system, underground plumbing, and related services. Special exemptions for extenuating circumstances will be genuinely considered upon provision of documentation. E.g. an elderly man on a pension who is struggling will not held to adherence of minimal cleaning requirements if he genuinely cannot afford it and proof is provided.
