After the first two years of installing solar panels on your home, the solar panels need to be cleaned regularly. The statistically and analytically recommended cleaning interval is 6 months, we find this frequency excessive and costly, causing you to spend majority of your solar rebate. We offer cleaning services at intervals tailored to your needs and circumstance – every 6, 12, 18, 24, or 30 months, with the maximum interval being 30 months to maintain the warranty.

Our cleaning service is competitively priced at $349 + GST, with considerations made for more than 40 solar panels or commercial contracts. Warranty Conditions and Maintenance Requirements

To maintain your lifetime warranty, you must comply with the following conditions:

1. Scheduled Maintenance

• Your solar panels must be cleaned at the intervals specified by us, with a maximum interval of 24 months between cleans.

• This requirement is 5x more lenient than general industry recommendations but remains mandatory.

• Cleaning must be carried out by Australian Solar Mesh. Third-party cleaning will not be recognised and will void your warranty.

• All cleaning performed by us is automatically documented and stored on file — no further action is required by you.

2. Tampering & Third-Party Access

• Any tampering, removal, or modification of the mesh by unauthorised parties (including solar companies) will void your warranty.

• If a third party requires access to your solar system, you must contact us first.

• Written approval from Australian Solar Mesh is required prior to any work being done. Where necessary, we can attend the site to safely remove and reinstate the mesh - additional fees may apply.

3. Exemptions

We recognise that life can be unpredictable. Special exemptions may be granted for documented extenuating circumstances, such as financial hardship, illness, or elderly care. Proof must be submitted for consideration.

4. When the Warranty is Voided

Your warranty will be voided if:

• You fail to clean your solar panels through Australian Solar Mesh within the required timeframe

• You fail to notify us before third-party access or work involving the solar system

• The mesh is removed, altered, or tampered with by an unauthorised party

In such cases, Australian Solar Mesh accepts no liability for issues relating to:

• Your solar installation

• Roof, guttering system, or underground plumbing in all capacities
